Blu-ray Christmas Movies - A Christmas Carol (3D Blu-ray)
If you suddenly can have an opportunity to clearly see your past, present and future, will you still living like you do right now? A Christmas Carol just describes such a story for you. The hero who is a super miser had met four different spirituals at the Christmas Eve. From the fantastic experience, the hero knew his grim destiny. This strange experience also makes drastic changes on Minsk Ridge overnight. The miser had finally become a benevolent, tolerant and passionate philanthropist.
By using great 3D visual effects, the director Robert Zemeckis once again brought audience the excitement of Christmas spectacle. This film is in the same line as the old work by Zemeckis for the gorgeous CG scenes, fantasy theme of traversing, and the old educational theme. Although the film is adapted from Dickens's great work, it is already more entertainment in the framework of commercial producing. The moving shot is full of the screen as well as a roller coaster, and the ghost is becoming the real protagonist.
As a main movie for Christmas, this film rarely added some dark elements of the reality into it. Even the outcome is still bright, but that did not meet the usual Disney theme. There is no single-mindedness of the "happy reunion" since Dickens's critical in the original work can not be omitted. Want to enjoy a different Christmas-themed movie? Then you should never miss this one.
Blu-ray Christmas Movies - Miracle On 34th Street
The real fairy tale is the one in which there is always a warmth to back the child's world to children and even enough to heal the inner world of an adult that full of trauma. This film just goes such a fairy tale that a little six year old girl Susan, who doubted in the existence of Santa, finally convinced that Santa is really exist in the world really Santa after a happenstance. Susan then got the world's most precious gift, her own belief.
The film's success lies in that it explained the existence of Santa in an adult perspective. The children and adults contradiction between true and false of Santa's existence can be seen as a conflict between reality and dream. Or you can consider it as the scriptwriters struggle in thought. Or maybe there are not so much implied meanings but a simply warmth movie which is the most suitable one for the whole family to view at Christmas. Once you've enjoyed this comedy film which brings joy and faith, you might think that Christmas father may really exist, but not in the way that you'd thought about.
Ok, that's all about the Blu-ray Christmas movies that I'd like to share with you. You can get more Blu-ray movies reviews from best Blu-ray movies in 2011, Blu-ray movies for Halloween and Blu-ray 3D movies.
